This Privacy Policy applies to your ("you," "your," or "User") online interactions with Foard Consulting, LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Foard Consulting"). This policy covers all the interactions ("Services") where you provide your information ("Personal Information") to us through the foard.us website or any other website that we own or control and that posts this Privacy Policy (any, a "Site"), or through other communications.

We may also disclose your personal information in the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of Foard Consulting, protect the personal safety of the public, or protect against legal liability.

We may store your data on servers provided by third-party software or hosting vendors with whom we have contracted, and these vendors may have their own privacy policies that may interfere with our control, as well as your own control, of your data's storage, usage, and further sharing. Foard Consulting currently uses the following third-party vendors and may use additional ones in the future:

  • For use with clients and partners: email communications systems—which may contain contact information and other voluntarily provided personal information—from Apple and Google.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 18 ("Children" or "Child"). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
